- Payment must be completed in full before production or scheduling begins.

- Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes for delivered or in‑progress services are prohibited except where required by law.
4. Refunds & Redos
All sales are final once work has begun or a session has concluded.
Refunds:
- No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued for custom content or private sessions.
Redos:
- Redos are provided only for clear technical errors (e.g., corrupted file, missing audio).
- Preference‑based changes (angles, pacing, dialogue, creative direction) require a new commission.
5. Delivery Policy
- Production Timeline: Work begins only after payment has cleared. Standard turnaround is 3–5 days unless otherwise agreed during intake.
- Rush Orders: A 30–50% surcharge applies for guaranteed 24–48 hour delivery.
- Intake & Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing clear, accurate requests at the time of purchase. Misunderstandings arising from vague instructions are not considered technical errors and do not qualify for redos.
- Technical Specifications: Videos are delivered in 1080p MP4 format unless a different resolution is explicitly requested and approved during intake.
- Method of Delivery: Files are delivered via a secure, expiring cloud link or through the designated platform.
- Client Responsibility: Clients must download and back up files within the delivery window. Link expiration does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Retention & Compliance: Files are retained for 14 days post‑delivery before permanent deletion. Metadata is maintained for 2257 record‑keeping requirements.
- As‑Is Delivery: Content is delivered "as‑is" following a technical quality review. We do not guarantee compatibility with all third‑party hardware or specific subjective emotional responses.
6. Private Show Policy
- Scheduling & Payment: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment is required to secure a time slot. All sessions are scheduled and conducted in Central Standard Time (CST).
- Technical Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible hardware. Sessions interrupted due to client‑side connectivity issues do not qualify for credits, refunds, or rescheduling.
- Conduct & Boundaries: Recording, taking screenshots, or third‑party streaming of any session is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate termination without refund and a permanent ban. We reserve the right to end any session immediately if established boundaries or "Hard Limits" are ignored.
- Cancellation & No‑Shows: Rescheduling requires a minimum of 12 hours' notice. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes past the scheduled start time are considered "No‑Shows," resulting in the forfeiture of the session and all associated fees.
7. Usage Rights & Copyright
- All custom content is for personal, non‑commercial use only.
- Redistribution, resale, public posting, or sharing without written permission is prohibited.
- We retain all intellectual property rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Boundaries & Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service at our discretion, including requests that violate boundaries, safety standards, platform rules, or applicable laws.
9. DMCA Policy
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, submit a notice to hello@justabout.media including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information
- A good‑faith statement of unauthorized use
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate
Counter‑notices may be submitted in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Repeat infringers may have access terminated.
10. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
